Online reports said Reyes was confined in a hospital on February 4, the day before her birth anniversary.
Reyes gave birth on the seventh month of her pregnancy.
There was no indication that the Kapamilya actress had given birth to her daughter with boyfriend Ali Khatibi.
But photos of the congratulatory gifts given to her were posted in her Instagram account.
A photo of Reyes with Ali showing that they have been out of the hospital was also posted in her Instagram account.
Ali also posted a photo in his Instragam account with the caption “Late dinner with this hot momah?”
His friends also sent messages congratulating him for becoming a father that he acknowleged.
According to reports, Cristine is not yet accepting visitors as she is still recovering.
